Park Project

• The current proposal is for the Village to commit $3M for the initial phase of the project which includes the following items:

  • Ball Fields – Softball and Baseball (bleachers, dugouts, fencing, batting cages)

  • Grading and seeding the northeast corner for a large event area/soccer fields

  • Roadway and utility extensions ($1M)

  • Parking Lot

  • Lighted Nature Trails

  • Retention Pond

  • Signage along the walking trails at future sites of other park attractions (i.e. playground, restrooms, pickleball courts)
